Calvary Bible Church is celebrating our 50^th anniversary at our current location but we have been serving God in this community, going back 100 years.  Calvary Bible is made up of folks from different walks of life, knowing that we are the hands and feet, the ears and mouth of God.  The church is not a building, but people living in love and grace.  In 100 years we have seen a lot of change, impact, and love.

Change…

Faces change, buildings change, and ministry change.  Throughout the history there is change but some things never change like the mission of Calvary Bible Church and the power that God has to change lives; for He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.  Our desire is that this community knows the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ.

Love…

The love represented in the people, families, and outreach.  Love goes back to Calvary when God sent His Son to bring salvation to the world, and love continues through Calvary as we give the love that we have received.  Loving our community in the past, present, and future.

Impact…

The impact that has been made because of the love displayed.  Impacting hearts with the gospel, and growing the Kingdom along with Calvary one heart at a time; an impact made in 100 years.

Thank you for being the part of that change, love, and impact.  I am optimistic about the future of Calvary Bible Church and I pray that the Lord will use Calvary to further His kingdom in Nixa, Christian County, southwest Missouri, and beyond.  As we continue this history journey by giving love and making impact and seeing change in the hearts and families in Nixa and surrounding communities; remember it’s all because of the most loving, impactful, unchanging God…for our history is His Story!
